At The Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review the guidelines below.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for unopened merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • A valid receipt is presented at the time of return

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • All seals are unbroken and the product is in resalable condition

Ineligible Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Opened bottles or containers

  • Items without a receipt

  • Merchandise returned after 30 days

  • Products damaged after purchase

Refund Method

Approved returns will be refunded in the original form of payment. If your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
